My Invest ("the Platform") is a self-custody investment platform built on the Solana blockchain. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
The Platform generates a Solana wallet on your device. Your seed phrase is encrypted client-side and never transmitted in plain text. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your seed phrase and password. The Platform cannot recover your wallet if you lose access.
The Platform is available to users who are at least 18 years old. Tokenized securities (stocks, ETFs, commodities provided by Backed Finance / xStocks) are not available to US persons or residents of jurisdictions where such products are prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
Crypto assets (SOL, BTC, ETH, etc.) are held directly in your self-custody wallet on the Solana blockchain. Tokenized real-world assets (xStocks) are issued by Backed Finance AG, a Swiss-regulated entity. Each token is backed 1:1 by the underlying asset held in custody. Dividends for tokenized stocks are reinvested into the token price. The Platform does not custody, manage, or control any of your assets.
The Platform charges a flat 0.5% fee per swap transaction. Network fees (paid to Solana validators) are separate and vary depending on network conditions. All fees are displayed transparently before each transaction.
Investing in digital assets involves significant risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment. Prices of crypto assets and tokenized securities can be highly volatile. The Platform does not provide investment advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only invest what you can afford to lose.
The Platform uses third-party services including Jupiter (swap aggregation), Helius (RPC provider), Backed Finance (tokenized assets), and Wormhole (cross-chain bridging). The Platform is not responsible for the availability or performance of these services.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Platform will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
