1. What My Invest is

My Invest is a non-custodial user interface that helps you interact with public, permissionless protocols on the Solana blockchain (notably Jupiter Aggregator, the SPL Token program, and assets issued by Backed Finance).

My Invest does not:

  • Hold, custody, or control your funds
  • Execute, match, or settle trades
  • Operate as an exchange, broker, dealer, or financial intermediary
  • Provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice

Every transaction is constructed in your browser, signed locally with your private key, and broadcast to the Solana network. The same actions can be performed using any Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, etc.) directly with the underlying protocols.

2. Wallet and access

When you create an account, My Invest generates a Solana wallet on your device. Your seed phrase is encrypted in your browser using your password (AES-256-GCM with PBKDF2 key derivation) before being sent to our servers. The encrypted blob can only be decrypted with your password.

Important consequences:

  • We cannot recover your wallet if you lose your password.
  • You can export your seed phrase at any time and import it into any compatible wallet.
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your password and seed phrase safe.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use My Invest. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of My Invest and of the underlying protocols complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

4. Fees

When you use My Invest to perform a swap, a flat 0.5% interface fee is added to the transaction and sent to My Invest's wallet. This fee is shown to you before each transaction.

On top of that, you also pay:

  • Solana network fees (paid to validators, variable depending on network conditions)
  • Any rent for new on-chain accounts created by your transaction
  • Slippage between the quoted and executed price (automatically estimated by Jupiter based on the token's liquidity and volatility)

Direct token transfers initiated through My Invest do not include any interface fee, only the standard Solana network fees.

5. Risks

Using My Invest and the underlying protocols carries risks, including:

  • Market risk: crypto and tokenized assets are volatile and can lose value rapidly.
  • Protocol risk: the smart contracts you interact with may contain bugs.
  • Third-party risk: services such as Jupiter, RPC providers, or token issuers may become unavailable or behave unexpectedly.

Only use My Invest with funds you can afford to lose.

6. Third-party services

My Invest interacts with third-party services that have their own terms:

  • Jupiter Aggregator — routes and executes swaps on-chain
  • Helius — Solana RPC and on-chain data
  • Backed Finance — issuer of tokenized real-world assets
  • Supabase — database hosting
  • Vercel — frontend hosting
  • Resend — transactional email delivery

7. No advice, no regulated activity

Nothing displayed on My Invest constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. My Invest is not a regulated investment firm, broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, or money transmitter. You are responsible for your own decisions.

8. No warranty

My Invest is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or accuracy of displayed data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Invest and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of My Invest, including loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using My Invest and delete your account at any time. Termination of access does not affect your ownership of your wallet or your assets on the Solana blockchain — provided you have backed up your seed phrase, you can continue to access them with any compatible wallet.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via an in-app notice or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
